Terms of service

The operator’s legal and contact information appears at the end of this document.

In these Terms, “we” means the platform operator and “you” means the user who creates or manages an invitation.

By creating an account, using the Service, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Stumrebi is an online platform for creating digital wedding invitations, sharing them by link or QR code, and managing RSVPs and guest lists.

Depending on the available package, the Service may include SMS messages and AI-assisted creation of images, video, music, or other content.

The Service is entirely digital. No physical product is delivered.

An email address or Google sign-in is required to create an account. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older.

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for actions taken through it.

If you give another person access to a project, you are responsible for the role and permissions you grant.

You retain your rights in uploaded photos, video, text, and other event content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, limited right to process, store, transform, and publish that content solely to provide the Service.

You confirm that you have a lawful basis to use uploaded content and guest contact details and that you do not infringe third-party rights.

At your request, the Service may use third-party artificial intelligence services to create images, video, or music.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing it before publication.

AI processing begins only upon your explicit action. Rights in the resulting content may also be governed by the AI provider’s terms.

A purchased digital package or allowance is activated in your account after successful payment confirmation. Its contents, term, and limits are shown before you confirm the order.

A published invitation is accessible to people who have the link unless you use additional protection. You are responsible for sharing the link.

You can publish or hide a project from your account. The hosting term is determined by the purchased package.

Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Before confirming an order, you will see the selected package, final price, validity period, delivery method, and possible restrictions. By pressing the button, you expressly acknowledge an obligation to pay.

Payment is processed on the secure page of an authorized payment service provider. We do not store the full card number, security code, or other complete card credentials.

After successful payment, you will receive order confirmation on a durable medium, including in your account or by email.

Prices may change for future orders. A change does not apply to a completed purchase.

For a distance contract, except where a statutory exception applies, a consumer may withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

If, with your express consent, digital service delivery begins or is completed before that period expires and you acknowledged in advance that you may lose the right of withdrawal, that right may cease to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds for a personalized digital product, consumed SMS credits, or completed AI generation may be restricted only where permitted by law and to the extent clearly disclosed before purchase.

To request withdrawal or a refund, email info@stumrebi.ge and provide the account email address and order number. Any refund will be issued in accordance with statutory procedures and time limits, generally to the original payment method.

This section does not limit your rights if the Service is defective or does not conform to the contract.

You must not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, or third-party-rights-infringing content.

You must not send unsolicited bulk messages, bypass security controls, misuse automation, or attempt unauthorized access to another account.

If you breach these Terms or the law, we may restrict or suspend access, with prior notice where practicable and appropriate to the risk.

You may request deletion of a project or account at any time. Accounting, payment, and security records required by law may be retained for the applicable period.

We work to keep the Service secure and available but cannot guarantee that interruptions will never occur.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user-uploaded content, inaccurate data, unauthorized link sharing, or interruption of a third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Georgian law.

The current version is effective from July 30, 2026. We will notify you by email or through the platform of material changes.

These Terms are governed by Georgian law. Please contact us first to seek an amicable resolution; this does not limit your right to apply to a court or competent authority.

If the Georgian and English versions of these Terms differ, the Georgian version prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
